Our firm recognizes the need to be specialized so our day-to-day law practice is concentrated to limited areas. We concentrate the practice in real estate law, analyzing and drafting contracts, business transactions, leasing, buying, selling and financing of real estate, condominiums, income producing properties, vacation homes, shared ownership agreements, wills trusts and small estates. We also have a lot of experience in the representation of landlords and tenants in resolving their disputes, including the prosecution or defense of eviction proceedings.
Our advice and counsel in business matters builds on our prior experiences that includes litigating real estate contracts, landlord/tenant disputes, family matters and a variety of other matters. We are proud of the work produced by this office and enjoy even more the success it regularly brings to our clients.
We can refer you to specialists who we work with on matters we do not handle “in-house” such as personal injury, worker’s compensation, criminal, employment, immigration, discrimination and other matters.
For example, if you are injured at work or as result of someone’s wrongdoing, we will find a good personal injury or worker’s compensation attorney with the specialty necessary for your case. We then work with that attorney through to the end of your case, all without any additional legal fee to you.
